All my achievements reset

I played bf4 on Xbox one when it first came out. I beat the campaign and all campaign achievements. Stopped playing while all the issues got somewhat sorted out. Yesterday friends and I started to play again and I happen to notice that I only show 4 achievements completed. Where did all my achievements go? When I initially was playing I had problems with getting "call me sir" to pop. When I logged in yesterday and it popped it made me look at my achievements and realize I'm missing a ton of achievements.

    First, try these two things on your Xbox One:

    Go to Settings> Disc and Blu-ray> Persistent Storage> Clear that out
    Then try going to Settings> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate Mac Address> clear that out> then restart the console.

    3) Choose a method of contact
