Relax guys, this is probably going to take some work from DICE to fix. They'll likely either need to revert whatever they shutdown on the 7th or make a new patch for BF4.
That is what i stated before, when they shut down the servers i'm sure they didn't just shut it down and leave the servers as they are, i can bet you they wiped out the servers to use them for something else, and all the information is gone.
But i'm sure they got backups, so they will either A have to revert to backups, or B you will see a patch and update for your game,
That is the only way they could do this.
But as i stated before, the right people who can actually address this probably has no idea yet because they are out of work for the weekend and won't know until Monday morning, which then will still take time because they are going to need orders from the managers on what to do.
As i said yesterday don't expect any word or anything at all until Monday Or Tuesday the earliest..
Not to Mention this will still probably going to take days after Monday to fix if we are lucky..
When they did the shutdown on the 7th, they botched it and screwed up big time, but do you think they will tell the truth and admit to it, NO Probably not, and make up some lie to save
them self from embarrassment..
