Battlefield 4: Single Player Campaign Progress Not Saving

I got a trouble in battlefield4 (BF4) campaign single play.

I've stopped to play a campaign at the middle of chap 4 called "Singapore" long ago.

That is, I can see chap 3 is completed and chap 4 isn't on my battlelog webpage, and now I suddenly wanna continue to play from chap 4.

but problem is, I can only play a newly started campaign.

I tried to roll back to my past local data instead of using cloud data, yet it doesn't work.

The only change between then and now is my OS which was upgraded from win 7 to win 10 about 2 weeks ago without format process.

Is there any way to replay my last played game?

It seems there was same problem remained unsolved from many players. ☹️

    I'm having the same problem.

    I literally finished the M249 and P90 endings in ONE play-through because I lost my save, twice before. I got the achievements for beating the final mission twice, but the game didn't save ANY of it, and now I'm stuck starting over from Baku. It's right there in my damn activity feed, but the save (and therefore medals/tags/MP guns)  is gone.  It's bullcrap and they won't fix it. I wouldn't waste my time, honestly.

    I have the same problem in 2025, battlelog only shows my campaign progress back from 2016, I replayed and completed everything last month and battlelog doesn't show it.
