All My BF4 Premuim Weapons Gone and Locked

WEAPONS NOT LOADING 

SUBJECT TROUBLE IN BATTLEFIELD 4 

i have trouble with battlefield 4 i have all premuim weapons unlocked on wendsday 6november today 7november i lost all the weapons + progress im logged in to the right account right version and right game i have un installed the game and re installed it i have repaired it but there is no way of getting my weapons back can anyone help me ? please

    Folks thanks for bearing with us. This should now be fixed and your DLC should be fully accessible

    YES the bundle unlocks the weapons but you still have to grind the kills for the attachments

    Yep, the shortcut bundle gives you the weapons, but you still have to unlock the attachments yourself by getting kills with each gun.

    I know I am a little late to this since I was one of the first replies but I had initially fixed the issue by using the battle log on the browser to change my weapons manually.

    Incase anyone wants the link, you can also use it to view servers and change loadouts.

    mine too some gross incompetence is happening inside ea right now :| i have delux steam edition but it shows up as "regular" version inside the **bleep**ty EA app

    my steam edition bf4 delux edition shows up as regular edition inside the EA app and now all my items are locked away again
