Did you just boot BF1 up or did you actually play and complete some rounds? Im fairly certain that you had to actually play during that time, and not just load into the menus and quit.
As far as us helpers on AHQ, we have no power or tools to grant you a dogtag, sorry. We are just regular gamers like you.
no i did not play i just got in menu looked around and exited after all that was the requirement it did not say anywhere you need to play/get in server in order to receive battlefest dog tag

How would the DICE servers know that you played if you never entered a server to play? Regardless we cannot help you obtain those rewards because nobody on EA AHQ has access to your account to grant any entitlements and you never actually played during Battlefest.
