I went to play with my mates after a few years absence, and all my multiplayer progress is completely gone. Is there any way I can get my progress restored? This also happened to my account on Star Wars Battlefront 2. Really unhappy it has happened to both of the games I put the most time into.
@LovatoBuddy online progression shouldn't be lost as everything gets basically stored online to the linked account. The only thing that can be lost in case you deleted save files, are your game settings (and probably story related stuff).
So make sure you didn't login using a different account than the one you used to play it with.
Or maybe you even switched the platform completely from what you used to play on? (PS, Xbox, PC)

@Its_Travis_199 @LovatoBuddy @ElliotLH I also had this happened to me a couple of days ago, im sure i logged into the right account because its the only account i have in Playstation.
Everything of the story is complete like it should be but my online stuff all went missing, literally everything from my levels to guns to skins im missing everything i once had. I tried to reach out and emai EA but no answer on the ticket so far its been 3 days so far nothing...
Everything is still showing as installed im quite stressed with this cause i havent gotten an answer to my emails yet
