All of my old Battlefield 1 multiplayer progress is gone

I went to play with my mates after a few years absence, and all my multiplayer progress is completely gone. Is there any way I can get my progress restored? This also happened to my account on Star W...

@witherst0rm2 Out of interest, is everything still showing as being installed (like DLC etc)? I think this has actually happened to me in the past and something is telling me that the cause was DLC mysteriously uninstalling itself.

It's probably a different issue or I'm misremembering, but thought I'd ask since it popped into my head.

Everything is still showing as installed im quite stressed with this cause i havent gotten an answer to my emails yet
