I'm still having that problem and they aren't answering back. Very frustrating! I didn't pay $60 for a "f*ck game"... I call it that because it seems to f*ck with your patience. Have you figured anything out?
It might be that some of you data got corrupted during a patch process. Have you already tried to delete and re-install the game?
