All other players seem to "teleport"?

This problem makes the game unplayable for me.

Since the last patch it happens that all other players "teleport". It looks like rubberbanding, but I'm not the one who really

experiences it. I see the players walking to the left and suddenly they're at a whole different places. That's weird because I neither have

FPS-drops nor a bad ping. I have no idea what the problem is. Anybody have an idea?
