Account unlinking problems

Sorry to hear u weren't able to know what the unlink would do. I'm kind of in the same boat. I have 2 different emails for my ea accounts. 1 is for pc n xbox then on Playstation by accident I used a different email. Or not knowing down the road cross progression would b a thing, so now its really starting to matter these days... and a couple tears already know... U can start a ticket, right, then they email u back half the time it's just generic and it's super hard to get real from a real person from Ea to help us consumers. Took me about a week to get the right response from Ea. Make a case is terrible... I believe the only way we can voice our problems would b on X.  I want to merge my acounts. And only Ea can do that. So frustrating I feel your pain. Cause if I do that yes, You lose all of ur stats from whatever ea games you own that tied to the email you unlink. I would just keep emailing them and if not then X, my friend. Ea on x... Let me know cause I am w you! So sick of my situation still open... I asked about merging it took about a week to get the answer that I could have just looked up. Made no sense... But as a note for the future, research before you do anything like that 1st! Im sure you learned your lesson. Don't take it personal happens to all of us... As having to wait for February is friggen rediculous... I hope you get the help you need. O n for me btw they said I would Also lose my 1 year Ea subscription if I unlinked then merged just Crazy.. I use Pc and Playstation 5 now the pro If u have the xbox ultimate pass imo you do not need an xbox these days... so like the new Battlefield 6, would have been nice for cross progression... but seems like I'm beat n I wont unlink to merge.. That's to many years of gameplay Gone... 4 ever.. like i never played any Ea gme.... Ea needs to figure out something better for sure.  I hope that helps w a lil background of my situation as I was able to finally get a response that made literal sense to my issue. thank you for your response man kind of helps with the situation but I am trying my best to at least try to get in contact but also figuring other ways to get in contact so far the plan for tomorrow is to stay up at five and leave my computer on until I get contact with the advisor and when I do, I’ll talk to them and hopefully get the stuff sorted
