Allow Elites to Equip Nerfing Specializations
We should allow elites to equip the new Apocalypse service assignments that nerf your soldier (e.g. the Affliction, Peacock, etc.). Elites are already powerful so adding the other service assignments...

As i have seen by playing, the Afflictions you have equiped transfer over if you pick up the Elite Kit.
And btw, these Afflictions are not needed to use if you don't want to!
It's just there to give good players a Challenge for themself if they wanna use it.
