AMD Disable turbo bosot for OC cpu?

I was told that if I overclock my CPU which is a FX 8120 Currently OC at 3.6ghz, that I should disable turbo boost.

Does anyone know if I should disable this or keep it on?
Also is it the same as 'Core performance boost' - Only thing I see in my bios.

If I did need to disable it, could this be the cause of some of my fps drops? Let me know please.
