Amd mantle gives stutters on pc

I am playing bf4 with mantle and it is very good because it gives a lot of performance and so I manage to play on ultra settings. The problem is that the game stutters a lot of times making it unplayable in some maps. I discovered that the vram on my gpu was always full and that's why it stuttered. Later on in found on the Internet that the source of this extreme vram use was a file called weaponchunks.sb and the forums said that erasing lt will fix the stutter problem, and it worked. The problem is that a lot of sounds and textures are also eliminated. Now that you know the origin of the mantle problem that affects most amd gpu battlefield 4 player, will you release a patch to fix that problem? It would be very useful for all the people that use mantle in the game.
