There are brand new AMD Radeon Drivers, 15-3, for immediate install.
What model Radeon are you having trouble with?
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years ago
I have R9 200 series. (Running Win 8.1 64b)
I have tried clearing drivers and re installing.
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years ago
I'm not sure it makes that much difference, but "R9 200" is generally meaningless, since there are 270s, 270xs, 280s, 280xs, & 285s in the R9s (not certain about 290s, 290xs).
OK, the latter two, plus a R9 295X2, are in there as well.
I got sapphire R9 290 tr-x, and the game after intro just not responding.
if you can please have a look for detailed describing my issue in:

What does the crash error say?
Is it the DirectX error? Does forcing Mantle on help or not?
Post the crash details and full system specs wouldn't hurt either:

admin CMD -> sfc /scannow
If it finds errors, restart and run it again until none

15.3 Beta drivers are out you can test. Suggest uninstalling current ones first.
The Exception code "887a0005" seems to be hinting towards a GPU issue to me.
Possible instead of just uninstalling... Uninstall, restart into Safe Mode, Run Driver Sweeper, Restart, Install The Beta ones.

Try running this as admin:
BFH\__Installer\vc\vc20xx\redist\vcredist.exe
Else try this instead:

Anyone still stoogeing around with 14-11 drivers isn't trying very hard.
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years ago
I installed the beta drivers and had the same issue.
I have now tried removing old driver with cleaner and upgrading to beta again but still have same issue...
Sigh.
Yeah Good call Gorath,
Please don't bother replying/helping any further... I would prefer having this issue then dealing with unhelpful people like yourself.
