"An unknow error has occured: Error Code 1"
All servers hosted in Germany can not be joined due to error code 1.
Please fix this. We pay for the servers and we would like to get what we payed for.

Im on PC (origin) trying to play BF1, every time I try to join a server i get an Error Code: 1 and prevents me from playing multiplayer. Anyone know how to fix ????

Hey @IzzyBeIIa I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
Let me know how you get on and if you want to share your UO Trace then I'm happy to take a look at how your data is being routed.

I have tried all the steps and I still get "error code 1". Here are the UOTrace results

I sent this up to our teams for investigation, in the mean time I'm assuming you get this error on all servers including RSP, also do you have this issue in quick match and server browser?

- @EA_Atic Two months have passed. And it's not a client issue. EPIX, BOB, TKG and AMG servers all had error 1 problems today. We are in contact with each other and we all had problems joining the servers.
Same problem today on multiple pc servers in Germany...
- @JRMBelgiumTwitch all salty noobs servers in US are showing error code im on the west coast in NA

Reason why I'm asking this questions is we are having issues trying to reproduce the issues on our side which is making it harder to find or point point where the issues is.
So quick match is "working" but no server browser - when joining official servers do you have the same issue?

Yeeeesh where this left off is horrid. I'm about 2 days into the fun that is Error Code 1. Absolutely no changes to network or computer and one day poof it's broken. Reinstalled BF1/Origin, cleared cache, ran as admin, did clean boot attempt. Repair option used. 50+ hours of fully functional online gaming through server browser to magically busted. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED?!
I'm stuck not being able to play a game I payed for...
Look into my stuff too EA this is infuriating.
