an unknown error occurred. error code: 1 (AUS servers PC) BF1

Hi,

Been getting the "an unknown error occurred. error code: 1" for the past 7 days on all BF1 servers from the advanced search. Joining via auto match making works but all the servers are empty as i get put onto the EA servers...... Tried EA support but they just directed me to https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-pc/ and then closed my case before i could upload the uotrace file which was requested. I've been through every forum i can find and still no solutions.

I also am getting the error for all BF4 servers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
