angel sighting mission bugged

I completed the "angel sighting" and "belly of the beast" missions before completing the first three easter egg missions, and tried to get the peacekeeper (I died). The angel sighting and belly of the beast dogtags disappeared from my soldier's inventory.

Now I've done the first three missions and "the room", but when i try to do the "angel sighting" mission it bugs. First time I went through the whole thing, got to the orangish lights, but no dogtag. Now when I try to do it i can enter the first morse sequence, but when i go to the chimney there's no button there.

I really really don't want to have spent all that time on the first three missions just to be bugged out.
