(Answer question) Mental API problem making the game stop working.

Hi  here is the problem for me I can't start BF4 with Mental enymore uknown reason why.  I have tried almost every solution to fix this on game settings to Regedit. Still not solved, I chatt with O...

If Mental is now Offline will Vulkan API take place instead Mental?

For future games Vulcan might be used, or DX12 or something else, we will all know more about that when it's announced. BF4 is over 2 years old now, you should not expect any new graphics API's being supported.

    Mental was really a good API for me as I'm using a 144Hz display. but I guess it's all over unstill Vulcan APi comes on BF1 :D

      eny solution on how to get bf4 stop lagg or hugg whatever it called (hack)

        For your Mantle issue try deleting the Mantle cache file located at:

        C:\Users\<your pc>\Documents\Battlefield 4\cache 

        Also make sure Origin and the game is started as administrator.
