Hello. Are you playing via the EA app on your PC? If so, try clearing the app's cache and running it as administrator. This seems to be a synchronization issue with the EA app, and it's a common problem on PCs.

There is 1 suggestion. Tell us your pc specs, connection type, what error message you get (there is always an error message) ....... little things like that so other people may be able to help you.

Hello MisterOrick,
Almost every launch issue can be resolved by reinstalling the game, additionally I would recommend you launch the game from inside of the EA app after reinstalling it.

I am already launching the game through the EA app. That’s the most basic step, so suggesting it doesn’t really address the issue.
I’ve also reinstalled the game and the problem persists. The launcher splash screen appears briefly, then closes, and the EA app redirects back to the store page. This is clearly not a one-off issue either, since multiple people are reporting the same behavior.
At this point, I’m looking for an actual fix or deeper troubleshooting steps, not generic advice like reinstalling or “launch it from the app.” If there’s something more specific that addresses this launcher/store loop, I’d appreciate it.

There isn’t any error message at all, that’s part of the issue. The game shows the launcher splash screen for a few seconds, then closes and the EA app just sends me back to the store page.
So there’s nothing to report in terms of error codes. It’s just silently failing. From what I’ve seen, other people are having the exact same behavior.
If there’s a way to get logs or force it to show an error, I’m open to that, but right now it’s just closing with no feedback.

Yes, I've reinstalled the EA app 3 times, I’ve already tried clearing the EA app cache and running it as administrator. None of it has made any difference.
The issue is the same every time: the launcher splash screen appears briefly, then the game closes and the EA app redirects back to the store page with no error message.
This doesn’t seem like a simple cache or permissions issue. There are a large number of posts describing the exact same behavior, so it looks like a broader problem with the EA app or launcher rather than something isolated on my system.
If there are any more advanced troubleshooting steps or a known fix beyond the usual cache/admin suggestions, that would be helpful.

In that case try talking with EA support, they should be able to provide you with more relevant information.

Please contact EA Help. I've already asked for help on the forums, but clearing the cache with administrator privileges and reinstalling the game app didn't work. No error code is displayed either. I need advanced support from EA Help, so please provide them with this information. They will likely be able to offer a more specific solution.

Addendum: Inconsistencies may occur between the OS certificate (Foundation) and the Javelin certificate (Checkpoint). Because this is a more complex issue, we have determined that it is appropriate to contact the EA Help Desk.

I had a similar issue. Tried contacting the EA Help desk and after the same low level troubleshooting thats already been suggested, they recommended I post on the forums. Absolutely insane.
