@SolaireSundancer It is true that its hard for software to keep up, but back in the BF4 days it was proven that server admins bridge that gap pretty well. It was not always the case but at least you could find the respectable servers, even save them as favorites, being admin by a human. EA knows what it takes, they know.

Just by being an active admin, we quickly observe the few rotten apples and ban them off.
Very often actually based on friendly reporting of the cheaters by respectful gamers on your server, who all have an interest in keeping those scumbags off the playing field. If we when running a server over the years can ban them off (like 400+) out of now 50,000+ players on one server we run here, well then so could the company behind the game. I would again encourage EA to establish a server owners/renters community, to crowd source the ban lists, as those pesky cheats are typically going from one server to the next, with their immature behavior. And best would be to ban them off centrally for good.
