Last month I was given a chance to complete some of the Zodiac dog tags that I had missed, and I completed the Aries dog tag but still haven't received it. Please help.

Hello @SlamJamma,Sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing.Have you logged into your platform first to see if the dog tag was there? Thank you Joker you saved me. And I want to thank all you other guys 2 for trying to help me out. So I got those two dog tags and I realized as I'm looking at the Zodiac tags that actually I think I was supposed to have Cancer or Capricorn as well.Is it possible for you to check and see if I completed one of those? It was one of the two. If not then I'll wait for the next time you offer them up as missions. Thanks for everything guys.

@SlamJammaIf you are certain that you have completed the task, you can ask an EA consultant for help. In general, mission rewards won't stop you

Well it's funny that you say that because that's exactly what I did the first time I reported this, twice. The first time I put in a ticket as a bug and it was dismissed with no reply. The second time was yesterday and I chatted with an individual who spend time looking at the issue and then decided to tell me to go to the forums and that I needed to post the issue there. He said the only way it was going to get resolved was for me to come into the forums and post it. So here I am and now you're telling me to go back and talk to that guy. I'll tell you playing these games from Dice and EA are very frustrating when it comes to stuff like this.

Hey @SlamJamma,

just looked into your account. You should have received the Call to Action dog tag, can you confirm that?

The Aries dog tag should also be available upon your next login in the game. Please let me know if you have both - everything looks fine on my side.
