Armored Kill BF3

I am a BF3 premium member on the PS3. Its the 4 of September yet it won't give me the option to download Armored Kill. What do I do?

Keep getting disc unreadable and I've already cleared system cache. How do I fix this? (Fifa13 Xbox360)
