Please check the following information that can be helpful to resolve your issue:

@SuccessRate_NAI when I get setup errors like that normally closing our origin completely (ensure it's not in the task tray) and then running Origin as an admin by right clicking the icon on your desktop and selecting "run as administrator" and then running a repair on the game (or re-installation if the original installation didn't take) solves the issue for me.
That was included in the earlier solution given. I tried even clean install.
