Assignment "Eagles Nest" issue

Ok, so here is my issue.  A while back i was having trouble with all of the assignments that unlocked weapons for the expansions.  Trouble as in I would complete them but they would not give me the reward.  I got ahold of the support specialist team and they did some work with my account and had me do some stuff.  After which I was able to complete the assignments.  The problem is that i had to RE-ACCOMPLISH the assignments.  This was not too much of a problem with any except Eagles Nest.  All I want is to have a weapon (the GOL Magnum) be unlocked as it should from previously as I have been unable to re-accomplish this stupid freaking assignment.  I have accepted that I will never unlock other weapons due to their requirements, but as i have already done this once and it was an issue with the game not registering my completion, I just want this to be done.  Every time I get killed by the GOL Magnum, it's like a big "**bleep** YOU" to me.  What can be done to fix this.
