They must be completed in the same round,
- Get a kill-streak of 10 in a round = 0/10
- Land on top of the tallest tower in Caspian or Firestorm in a round = 0/1

About Perfect Landing, actually it's even more precise. There are 2 options:
1) Get a 10-kill streak and then land on top of tower in the same life
OR:
2) Land on top of tower first and then get a 10-kill streak at any point of the round.
You can use a MAV to land on top of the tower, it still counts.
