Assists Count As Kills Not Working Appropriately

Summarize your bug If you do 75-99 damage on an enemy at the same time as another teammate kills the enemy, then it will not compute the kill. There needs to be a time gap between the damages in order for it to compute as an assist counts as kills. I've only been getting the regular assists even though I'm doing say, 90 damage.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do 75-99 damage to someone a split second before or at the same time as a teammate.
What happens when the bug occurs? The teammate gets the kill while you don't get an Assists Count As Kills, but rather only an assist.
