About Battle Packs.

I don't know why, I bought 20 Bronze Battle Packs, but I only received 15 so far. Could it have been delayed?

Hello BF4H2042,

If you believe that you have not received the paid amount of Battlepacks, then your only option is to talk to EA support. They should be able to assist you with the issue.
