I am getting the following error message:

13.1 is the most current and up to date version available from AMD. Have checked and downloaded three times.

The hd 4550 is not below the minimum requirement because according to the requirements that are in origin the minimo is a hd 4850. If the dice put this card in the list that supports the game she should throw driver for the card. And she has this power and duty.
If the dice this lying on the requirements it is an economic crime, a fraud.
