Audio Output voip problem

@OKM7 What are you using for VOIP? What software are you using for VOIP? I have a executive phone that I program an extension from my SIP provider and plug a wirelless headset into the usb port of the phone and power up the headset and it works. Are you using a VOIP software program? Your going to have to explain waht your trying to do/ a little better.
I'm using the built in voip in Battlefield 1. I could try to re explain the problem. I play Battlefield 1 multiplayer, every sound goes out from my headset but when I here people talk (in game) it goes out from my speaker and not my headset
