Bumping, hoping someone has a solution. Having the exact same issue with a new pair of Kinivo Bluetooth headphones. Music and every other game sounds great, BF4 sounds terrible. I found another forum post a few days ago suggesting some manual edits to audio settings in Documents\Battlefield 4\settings\PROFSAVE_profile but that made no difference for me.
