Need Help Restoring Lost Veteran Status

Hello - I am a long time Battlefield Veteran and I am desperately trying to reclaim the Veteran Status I used to have ahead of the BF6 release in case there are Veteran rewards for players. I have detailed, dated proof verifying that I have been playing Battlefield games for many years.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in getting this status applied to my account if at all possible. I am only trying to get back what I already had and am not trying to wrongfully claim Battlefield Veteran status. I have reached out to support with no success as you might expect. If anyone with the capability of handling this issue could reach out to me, I am willing to provide any additional proof or details of the situation that may help. Thanks.
