B2K no longer shows as purchased on Xbox360

I have been trying to play b2k on my xbox lately and for some reason it no longer shows as having been purchased. I purchased it a few months ago and have even completed a few of the assignments. I havent played in 3 months so I cannot say when exactly it started. Why is it so? If it keeps telling me i dont own it, even though I've completed assignments, achievements and downloaded the uptade, i am not able to download it.
