B2K xbox 360

i recently signed up for battlelog and very soon after that my battlefeed said i have access to the back to karkand map packs. Being excited because i have them for free i tried to play them and was dissapointed when it said i dont have them... I went to the in game store thinking they may be free and i have to dowload them, this did Not  work. You can probably understand my frustration... my gamertag is Obliviousdrake6
