Bad company 2 on steam serial codes for online

I bought Bad company 2 on steam and I want to play online. After typing in my email and password it comes up with a serial number. I can't find a serial number anywhere. And I'v checked in my emails ...

    Hi @ilovetomoo

    If you bought Battlefield Bad Company 2 via Steam Store, then you can find your Product Code in your Steam Library. Just go to your Library, select Battlefield Bad Company 2 and on the right side you should see "CD Key" button.

    same Steam does not have those links anymore. With no way of getting the key.
