I'm sorry but you have a Global GUID ban on your account. This means that you can't access any battlefield 4 servers with your actual Origin Account.
I must inform you that Ea is not responsible for Punkbuster bans.
If you wish to appeal your ban please contact directly evenbalance (sadly, in my experience, they will hardly lift your ban).

They will help you understand why you have been banned and if it was done by error they will lift it.
