Banned Account due to Credit Card Refund

Hello,

 My account is currently banned. Here's the story with NO solution provided from contacting EA so far:

I pre-ordered the game about 2 months ago. I thought the game was charged then.

A couple days before the game came out, my credit card company called me and said there were 2 unknown charges in Austin TX and asked if I had made them. I am NOT in Texas so I said no. They cancelled 1 of the charges (the other went through), sent me a new card and refunded the charge that went through.

Turns out that was BF4 and the Premium account (WHY WERE THEY CHARGED SEPARATELY?!). My account showed the main game as purchased but not premium so I re-purchased Premium.

I tried to log into the game recently and it said I was banned. I contacted customer service and they said they won't un-ban my account because I had been refunded the game and they did NOT tell me how I could fix this. I am happy to buy it again since I haven't paid for it yet, but I don't have that option because I am locked out of origin now too.

I also cannot play Battlefield 3. As I see it, either I must be allowed to purchase Battlefield 4, or I should be refunded for the premium account, Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 3 Premium.

This should not have been an issue and I can't believe I'm the only one with this problem. EA please fix your mistake.
