banned by fairfight, permanently

Hi,

I' cheated for like a week in BF4. Yes, I admit it and I'm gonna tell you why. EA did not manage to have any working anti cheat in place so far. Punkbuster does nothing against all known cheats (even free cheats). We found out that around 3-4 player on about every 2nd public hardcore server are cheating in some way, mousemacros, Wall-hacks up to fully automatic aimbots and wall hacks. So I could not believe that fairfight and punktbuster are not working, because the cheaters are everywhere in BF4. So I read about fairfight consequences. They say you get banned for 24h and permanently only if you CONTINUE to violate their Terms of Service. After reading this I decided to try a hack my self, just to see if there is even any chance to get catched by fairfight or punkbuster.

I even wasted $20 on that and bought a hack called helios framework for bf4. Then I could not believe this is even possible: Played for around 6-7 days, 2-4 hours each, full auto fireing aimbot, admitted that I'm cheating in the public chat on servers, around 200 kills to 30 deaths (every 1500tickets game on a 64player server) and no ban, killed thouands with aimbot, nothing. no ban. Finally, the temporary ban came in and I was kind of happy about that. I was like , there is hope to stop the cheaters.

So I waited this 24 hours and started playing BF4 again without any hack, reset to level0 of course due to the ban. I did not mind, gave my best and played 3-4 short rounds with a K/D a bit below 2. after a short dinner break, I was banned again, permanently, by fairfight.

So I wrote a mail to [edit: email address removed] with this explanation. thats whatI got as reponse:

"Having completed a thorough investigation into your account and the complaint that you have made, we must advise that your account was actioned correctly, in full compliance with our policies and procedures.
Following our review into the actions taken on your account we wish to confirm that we shall not be removing this ban from your account, nor will we be pursuing this issue any further at this time."

What? "nor will we be pursuing this issue any further at this time". I wrote an honest mail to EA support and they will just do nothing? Thank you EA, great support. I'll definitely buy more games from you....

Sorry, but that is the only thing you can do. As you used hacks, you have been banned. I do not think they will remove it, as you said that you used hacks.

If this helps, please click the white XP button and to give me some XP.
If this solves your question, click the green solution button and mark it as solution so it can help others with the same problem.

yes, thats what I think too. but for me it's clearly EAs fault, they don't have anything against cheaters, if you stay below the radar you can cheat as long as you want, no fairfight will find you. i just proofed that it needs to much to get banned finally.

no, it does not work. when it need more then 1500 aimbot kills to get catched as cheater, then it does not. there are tons of cheater on all servers staying below the radar. if you stay below some stats limits / ratios fairfight is watching you can cheat as long as you want. i just tried and risked that 24h ban to see what i really takes to get a cheater banned. and the results was even worse as I've expected. problem is, i risked my account to find that out, but now I have a permanent ban. what a unfair **bleep**. I'll definitely buy more of this EA crap with the good support, haha...

best is: after the mail response from EA, stating that they will not do anything in this case I sent a 2nd mail and it was somehow blocked by an EA server.

so now, they don't even want to communicate with paying custmers? I'm EA customer for more than 10 years now.

  • All your excuses of why you cheated and feel justified in doing so are pathetic. I'm glad you are gone and can do nothing about it.

But yeah, sure, blame EA and threat with never buying a game from them again, they only did what every other game company would do as well.

Ps. it doesn't say anywhere official that you will always get a 24 hour ban before you get a permanent one.
