Banned by mistake

Hi!

I've received the battlefield1 account suspended email and I think there must be some mistake.

For the chapter "KEEP THINGS FAIR", the Evidence1 is about my career stats, as you can see, my K/D and KPM is both under 2 , headshot rate is 8.8%, this data is absolutely lower than hacker and real pro gamer. Evidence 2 and 3 are the recent record and my weapon stats, I can sent the specific one to you if you need. For the chapter "STOP TOXIC BEHAVIOR" and "CREATE CLEAN CONTENT", I can responsibly say that I didn't type any word in the chat box in the recent game.

I've used two game accelerators in this month(Xianniu accelerator and nn accelerator), please check whether other users of the same accelerator are experiencing the same problems as me.
