@MissSpringf1eld After you create a case you will receive an e-mail from EA Customer Experience with details about the case. It will include the Case ID and a unique Access Key.
Go to EA Help and log out there. After that, go to My Cases page and type the Case ID + Access Key in the appropriate fields. Finally, click on View Case and the case will show up.
@gksvr1 I didn't receive any e-mail from EA, that's weird.
