Banned for inactive CheatEngine on my taskbar?

Hey few days ago i've got banned for having inactive CheatEngine on my taskbar. i forgoted to turn it off after doing my project (btw. i was trying to create app wich dont have static adresses -> because then noone can changes for ex. numbers in lottery) I played 5 minutes normaly and then it gave mi that i am banned. When i posted ticket on GGC stream they send me this :

OK it was my fault, but ANYWHERE on battlelog or in manual of BF4 there isnt wrote anything about it. I think its little unfair for those wich are playing  PB secured games and are testing security on another apps/games.I would not blame if i had at least opened the BF4.exe in it.

I think noone can do something with this but i want better explanation for it.
