PING in Sudan is very high , so I had to use a VPN to change my country to Germany so PING might be better , believe me PING was never being better , suddenly I couldn't join the game.

I'm sorry, but in this case Answer HQ can't help you. Did you try to join to another server? As I understood, you were banned only on this server, but you can join to another servers.
You need to appeal your Ban http://www.pbbans.com/appeal-ban.html
Also, I advise you write on forum PB http://www.pbbans.com/forums/index.php

Appeal your ban with evenbalance as only they can unban you. Until the ban is lifted you can only play in servers that do not use punkbuster.

I asked evenbalance to unban me .. but they replied:

A new Cdkey and new account is needed in order to acquire a new GUID.
It's highly unlikely that you've been banned for using a VPN. It's more likely that you had some software on your rig that was found to be illegal, by EvenBalance's standards, whether knowingly or unknowingly.
Unfortunately, as PunkBuster is EvenBalance's technology they have discretion surrounding bans. You will need to obtain a new copy of the game to play again on PunkBuster enabled servers where bans are enforced.
I'd highly recommend you do a clean install of your rig first though.
