Banned from Battlelog because of chargeback

Hello,

I've banned from Battlelog because of chargeback. I think I got scammed on Russian site that I bought from.

I sent many emails to "accountdisputes@ea.com" before one week and no responsed. and live support chat chouldn't help me.

but a guy from EA support live chat told me that I got banned cuz of chargeback and he chouldn't help me in this just "accountdisputes@ea.com" can help me in this.

What should i do ? ☹️

How can i recharge to get my account back without any lose?
