Banned from BF3

EA have accused me of "Circuventing a ban" which I was clearly not. It was most certainly not my intent and they just banned me with no proof what so ever. Why are they getting away with this I feel so robbed. Wasted my money now and is there anything. ANYTHING AT ALL I COULD DO? I have paid for premium and gold membership twice and I am outraged! Please anyone help.

Is it a temporary ban? If that's the case, as much as I know this sucks, just sit it out as fighting it will probably take as long.

If it's not, then contact customer service, and be polite and civil. Tell them you'd like a report on why you were banned, so that if nothing else you won't make the same mistake again. View that information and go from there.

The only people who can truly help you are customer service, but don't let your frustration get in the way of a civil conversation. They're there to help, and will do so.

Finally, check the email associated with the banned account, as they will usually gived banned players a very detailed description of why the ban occured and how.

  • You can go to help.ea.com and talk to support. Since it is an EA ban, that is the only option
