that is the 3rd server this week, trolling new players wtf and i was not kicked I was banned because they think killing 15 people without dying is not possible so dont try blaming me for playing the game how it should be played.

I'm not blaming you for being good, but you must keep in mind that there are servers specifically aimed at new players that kick Colonels 100s, all Colonels, really good players, or closet Colonels to give new players a place to play without being crushed by senior Colonels. Since you didn't post the server we can't say if the server or the 2 others were noob servers but those types of servers are authotized under the ToS and EA will not demand that the plugin be discontinued.
Your have two courses of action available to you, 1. Play only on servers running the offcial preset configuration (they can't kick anyone under this preset), or 2. Play on rented servers and simply find another server if you get kicked. Apart from those two courses of action there is nothing more to be done.
