What type of ban was it a punkbuster ban, a fairfight ban as that will determine if you can appeal and to whom? And if you were doing bad things the ban is totally justified no matter how much or how little you played the game. Also refunds are not issued because you received a ban for hacking/cheating/boosting/griefing/ToS violations.
it was a fairfaight ban in bf4 .. the message i got is banned from ea online across the whole bf range of games.
