Battefield 3 error while joining a server ''

Start what is your PC spec please ? 

BF4 can take awhile to get started its like um a car of sumkind cba atm

Once u get it running for abit its usually fine, so yeh lets get it going. 

Make sure Origin + BF4.exe has admin rights - Right click exe in directory. Properties, Compatability mode - Run programs as admin

Turn off UAC - Type UAC into start bar , drag slider to the bottom, reset the PC , oh yeh u gotta reset

Google PBSETUP.exe download it and run it

Right Click BF4 in Origin and choose repair install

Update your GFX drivers! (Graphics card)

Download Directx from microsoft web setup and run it

Download .Net 3.5 from microsoft and run it

Check threw this

i said BF3 NOT BF4........... , my PC specs , i5-3750k , ram 4 , 5450 HD radeon

    mate my eyes have had it today. Just take everything i said and whack a 3 on it - literley the fixes for EA games have remained the same for ni on a generation past 

    Disable Origin Ingame

    - Right click game inside Origin Library View

    - Goto Game Properties

    - Select Disable Origin overlay for this game

    Try Repair install :

    - Right click the game in origin library

    - Repair install

    To turn UAC off

    1. Open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type uac, and then click Change User Account Control settings.

    2. Do one of the following:

      • To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click OK.  If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You will need to restart your computer for UAC to be turned off."

    Reset your PC after the above step

    Reinstall the Battlelog Web Plugins with the elvated powers

    - Control Panel

    - Add or Remove programs

    - Battlelog Web Plugins - Unistall this

    Reload chrome go back to website and redownload the installer. This time right click the installer and choose run as admin. UAC should be off by now 

    Update your Video Driver:

    - Then it goes on

    ~We need to find out if its your firewall or antivirus blocking it. Things can go wrong easily with the way BF launchs itself,

    Few ways todo this, Add the game dir and origin dir to the expection rules inside the firewall. This is quickest method

    There is no quick fix bro. You just gotta crack on , its worth it=D Its like health. You have a diagnostic, then the doctor makes a estimated and wieghted guess on the diease thus the cure. However end of the day he is still trying verying fix'es. This is the same. with tons of info we can make prods at the right direction. With little info we can only stab in the dark at things. Im just saying i like to chat waffells on ForuMs its nice and sounds good. Ive put them in a list of easy and fast - to long and painful

    This will allow me and others to see whats going on software side - 

    Press Start , type Dxdiag , click yes or no , click save to notepad on bottom

    You use Pastebin, so you can fit these big logs into one tidy post. ^ Sometimes the fix can be so simple u kick urself for it, n i waste e-paper but yeh. Good luck bro enjoy
