I am really sorry for those issues with the game. Can you give some additional information on this? What platform are you on? Were you able to play the game before? Restarting your PC/console and reinstalling the game can fix some issues of this nature.

ArchiLog inon Origin web site and than look for " My game Library "clic on it and choose battlefield 1... That should work if the game is there
