    Hi,

For some people it helped when they completely removed the Graphics drivers, then did a fresh install. Others reported they got it to work when they went into Origin, right clicking (in your library) on the BF1 cover and do a repair.

You can also try to go to C:\Users\YourComputerName\Documents\Battlefield 1\settings, open up the Profsave_profile (when asked how to open it, select Notepad) and search for DX12, after the word DX12 it will probably say 1GstRender, you can change that to 0GstRender and save + overwrite the file. Then try to start again, since some people have problems when it runs using DX12 instead of DX11.

Another suggestion that was useful for some, is to go to C:\Users\YourComputerName\Documents\Battlefield 1\settings and delete possible files, except Profsave, Profsave_backup and Meta.

If all doesn't work, can you post your computer specs, maybe someone can find something.

Edit: It just hangs with the circle thing spinning or does it just tell you the game could not start in the Windows box?
