Battle Field 4 ; Play in desktop, but cannot play in notebook

I have originally a Digital Deluxe Edition and update to Preium.

Even though it is playing well in desktop PC, which is installed in original, I can not play it with a message captured as shown below, when I install in my new laptop PC and try to play it.

Error message

Could you explain me how I can play it in my laptop also?
