Battle Glitch 4 banner upload

Does anyone out there in Battlelag 4 world have a solution for banner upload? I've had a banner designed by a team of graphic artists specifically for this reason. I've been trying for years to upload the banner and to deal with the lag by trying to get assistance from EA. About a  year ago I tried calling for assistance and was advised by EA that they don't hire private servers but yet when pointed out payment proof they still denied the possibility.

Has anyone got a support number I can call to resolve this issue somewhere that speaks American or Australian ENGLISH someone who doesn't start and end a sentence with OKAY?   After that experience, all my virtual friends started playing the more stable warzone. It's been a whole year now and like a bad odor I stupidly thought I would see if they have removed the issue. And do my disillusionment the issue is worse!!

When first tried to upload the banner in 2018  it would upload but only visible on battlelog and not on the rented server. I pointed this out to EA and they confirmed they could see it like I could. But unfortunately, they don't have a PlayStation to see what I could see or couldn't see. I suppose a billion-dollar company like EA needs to save costs somewhere. but not having the platform ready on hand?

So fast forward to today, the issue now is the system states I need "THE FILE YOU SELECTED IS NOT A VALID JPG"  510 x 126 .  

I wonder if EA is going to use the same spin on BF6 and tell us again how amazing the game is, and at the end, it will be another dud Battlelag 6 . I would like like to be happily proven wrong.

Why does Warzone work so smoothly and get on top of their game so quickly?
